Mens Training: - Tuesdays from 7pm
Womens Training: - Wednesdays 6.30 - 8.30 & Sundays 2.00 - 4.00
Youth Training: - U17 Tuesdays, Thursday 6.30 - 8.30 & Sunday 1.30 - 3.00
U13 - U16 Wednesdays 6.30 - 8.30 & Sunday 1.30 - 3.00
U9 - U12 Thursday 6.30 - 8.30 & Sunday 1.30 - 3.00
